A habit I changed was staying up too late at night. In the past, I often slept very late because I spent too much time on my phone or watching random videos. After some time, I noticed that I was always tired in the morning and it affected both my mood and my studies. So I decided to change this habit by setting a fixed time to stop using my phone. It was difficult at first, but after a few weeks I started sleeping better and feeling more focused. This change improved my daily routine a lot.

This is around Band 6 because the problem and result are both clear, but the language could be more varied and polished.
